Jiang Yen-Wei is Of Counsel to the Pamir Law Group. He has represented Taiwan corporations and individuals in appealing for claim, withdrawing mortgage, reviewing chain- store’s contract, etc. He has also represented both buyers and sellers in the sale of non-performing loans. He has provided representation in more than 100 litigation cases and also has a background in corporate finance, commercial papers, criminal law, intellectual property law and civil law.
