Nicholas Chen and Juan Carlos Madrigal delivered a presentation to members of the IR Global Private Client Practice Group during the IR Global Annual Conference in London on September 29, 2015. The presentation, which was delviered with fellow IR members João Valadas Coriel and Luis Santine, focused on the impact FATCA and the OECD Automatic Exchange of Information scheme will have on service providers and clients. The presentation also discussed alternative structure types and asset classes that could potentially enable clients to maintain a certain level of privacy while complying with all existing and anticipated laws and regulations.
