Partner Nicholas Chen nominated to Association of Yale Alumni Assembly

AYAThe Association of Yale Alumni has nominated Pamir Law Group Partner Nicholas V. Chen to serve on the AYA Assembly as an At-Large Delegate.

Nicholas Chen to Speak at 2012 Nomura Investment Forum

Partner Nicholas V. Chen will participate in a panel titled "Next steps toward a Greater China Economy" at the 2012 Nomura China Investment Investor Forum, which will take place in Xiamen on April 25 and 26 2012. Other members of the panel include Zhang Guanhua, Deputy Director of the Institute of Taiwan Studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Justina Yung, Research Fellow at the China Business Centre at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Translating and publishing Forged in Purgatory was a four year effort by many Pamir colleagues who feel it is important to share with the world the first-ever personal account of the Cultural Revolution written and published by a high ranking political insider in English. Pamir to Represent the Professional Basketball Alumni Association in Asia


Pamir Law Group is proud to support and represent the Professional Basketball Alumni Association (“PBAA”) in its operations in Asia on an ongoing basis. 

The main goal of the PBAA is to put former professional basketball stars back in the game and allow worldwide audiences to revive the glory days of basketball. The PBAA serves its alumni by providing opportunities for career development, community service, fundraising and charitable activities by partnering with governments, non-profits and corporations from around the world for the benefit of disadvantaged children and families. 

Pamir Congratulates Michael Lee

Pamir Law Group congratulates Michael Lee on his new position as Senior Group Counsel, Asia for the Building Efficiency Group of Johnson Controls Inc., a Fortune 100 company. 

Michael will begin at his new post in Shanghai in mid-December.

Michael is a founding Partner of Pamir Law Group, established in 2004. He has served clients in China and Taiwan since 1999 with other members of the Pamir team.
